Terms of Use
Draft for review before public launch. These terms are a product draft and are not legal advice. Have them reviewed for the jurisdictions in which Remozard operates.
1. What Remozard provides
Remozard helps people discover opportunities, organize applications, and prepare CVs, cover letters, and interview materials. It does not submit job applications on your behalf unless a feature expressly says otherwise.
2. AI-assisted content
AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review every output, correct errors, confirm eligibility and facts, and ensure that documents accurately represent your experience. Remozard does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or the accuracy of third-party listings.
3. Application Packs
One Application Pack is assigned to one job workspace and permits up to eight generations in that workspace, subject to the platform's daily and global usage limits and availability of AI services. Packs are not subscriptions and do not create escrow, payout, or money-transfer functionality. Prices shown at checkout are in Nigerian naira. A three-pack bundle covers three separate job workspaces.
4. Payments and fulfilment
Payments are processed by Paystack. A pack is credited only after the payment is verified server-side and the amount and currency match the purchase record. Repeated payment notifications do not create duplicate packs. Test-mode checkout is for testing only and is not a live offer to accept production payments.
5. Referrals
A referral reward is earned only when the referred person confirms their email and uses their first free pack. Rewards are limited to five earned packs per referring account. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or abuse may be rejected.
6. Acceptable use and privacy
Do not use Remozard to misrepresent qualifications, submit unlawful material, abuse job boards, or attempt to access another person's account or workspace. Use of AI tools is subject to the separate AI processing notice and Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by an external AI provider.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change during the early-access period. We may pause generation or checkout to protect users, manage costs, or investigate errors. We will not describe a job application as submitted unless that action was actually completed.
8. Contact and disputes
Use the contact route provided on the Remozard website to ask questions, report problems, or raise a billing issue. Applicable consumer-protection rights are not limited by this draft.
